History
Arthur Meighen was Prime Minister of Canada from 1920 to 1921 and again in 1926. Following his graduation from the University of Toronto in 1896, Meighen relocated to Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. He was appointed Solicitor General in 1908 and Secretary of State in 1910. He was Minister of the Interior in the Union government elected in 1917.
