The first accession (A2002-032) consists of research material pertaining to the Gimli Community Research Project. Included are published materials about Gimli and the Interlake (pamphlets, brochures, maps, and clippings), handwritten notes, correspondence, and the draft and final copy of the GCRP report. In addition to the textual material, the collection contains over three hundred photographs which depict life in the Interlake Area.
The second accession (A2003-087) consists of personal correspondence and research material during Robert Klymasz's career as a curator for East European Collections at the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Hull, Quebec, as an instructor of Ukrainian Folklore at the University of Manitoba, and as a contributor to the Ukrainian Catholic Newspaper, Postup (Progress). In addition to textual material, the collection contains personal photographs and audio-recordings (both commercial and non-commercial) pertaining to Ukrainian folklore (primarily Ukrainian-Canadian).

The tenth accession (A2016-021) contains documents of biographical interest, selections from Klymasz’s correspondence (including e-mails); articles, reviews and letters submitted by Klymasz and published in scholarly journals and in newspapers, as well as one conference paper; research materials on the poets included in Winnipeg Papers #7, “From the Heart: The Best Anthology of Canadian Poetry in Ukrainian,” compiled by Klymasz for the CUCS at the University of Manitoba, as well as two copies of the anthology; and a selection of concert programs, annual reports, and miscellaneous newspaper and periodical issues collected by Klymasz.
The eleventh accession (A2016-067) includes documents, photographs, audio-visual materials, and artefacts of biographical interest. It also contains selections from Klymasz’s correspondence (including e-mails); research materials, primarily newspaper clippings, on the Canadian Museum for Human Rights for Klymasz'sconference paper "The Museum as Monument and the Architect as Museum-Maker"; and a selection of miscellaneous newspaper and periodical issues collected by Klymasz.
The twelfth accession (A2017-044) in addition to correspondence with friends and colleagues (2004-2017), the accession contains biographical material, including photos, slides, and transparencies of Klymasz, his immediate family, his Ukrainian relatives, and his North American colleagues. It also contains articles by fellow ethnographers, two books by Klymasz’s Ukrainian relative, the writer Mykola Dubas, and miscellaneous materials concerning the Ukrainian-Canadian community.
The thirteenth accession (A2018-061) contains biographical materials concerning Klymasz’s family; correspondence (2009-2018); materials concerning various local Ukrainian-Canadian community organizations; and several items authored and/or compiled by Klymasz, including some of the research materials as well as the master and coil-bound copies of “Winnipeg Papers No. 6: “Vichnaya Pamyat’”: Commemoration, Celebration and Execution: The ‘Other Side’ of Canada’s Ukrainian Experience” (2013) and “Winnipeg Papers No. 9: “The Ukrainianization of Canada’s Last ‘Ruthenians’: A Newspaper Drama, 1911-1919” (2018) prepared for the Centre of Ukrainian Canadian Studies at the University of Manitoba. It also contains published articles and reports received from academic colleagues.
The fourteenth accession (A2019-148) includes small photo albums compiled by Klymasz’s wife Shirley (Zaporzan) Klymasz during her childhood and adolescence (1940s-1950s); Klymasz’s recent correspondence with colleagues; scans and photocopies of occasional Ukrainian youth publications/periodicals from the 1950s-1960s; as well as newsletters, bulletins and newspaper clippings chronicling various events in the Ukrainian-Canadian community.
In total, the photograph collection (PC 170) consists of 480 photographs, 52 slides, 113 negatives, and 3 videocassettes. The tape collection consists of 13 audio-cassettes and 7 compact discs. Klymasz, Robert Bohdan

The 2005 accession is compiled into five series. The first series is comprised of biographical information, including Condie's curriculum vitae. The second series contains Condie's personal and professional correspondence. The third series is divided into six sub-series consisting of individual films: Oh, Sure (1972), Getting Started (1979), Pigbird (1982), The Big Snit (1985), The Apprentice (1991), and La Salla (1996). The material within these sub-series includes award notifications, film industry and newspaper reviews, exhibition programs, animation cels, backgrounds, layouts, and dope sheets, as well as publication and periodical information pertaining to Condie's career in animation. Scans of photographs make up the fourth series. A videocassette (VHS) of a compilation of Condie's work for the National Film Board of Canada concludes the series.
The 2006 accession consists of approximately 100 painted cels from the film The Big Snit as well as two backgrounds created by Richard Condie's sister, Sharon Condie, for the same film. The 2011 accession consists of painted cels from the films Heartland and the Big Snit, as well as two videocassettes of Heartland and The Apprentice. The fonds is compiled into two series, the first entitled Animation Cels: Painted Cels and the second PC 196. The 2018 accessions A.18-086 and A.18-087 consist of cels from The Big Snit and accession A.18-100 has textual records of promotional material, clippings and publications relating to Richard Condie.
The Sandra Barz fonds details over forty years of dedication to documenting Inuit artist biographies, the evolution of printmaking, and encouraging growing interest for Inuit art worldwide. She also documents the recognition given by governments to Indigenous art and culture with her collection of stamps from Europe, Greenland, United States, and Canada. The accrual (A13-44) is divided into 12 series. They include biographical information, publishing, travel, consulting, speeches and conferences, correspondence, a stamp collection, research materials, and oversized items. The photograph collection includes 746 slides, 750 negatives, 3177 photographs, 14 contact sheets, 1 Compact Disc, 20 VHS Video Cassettes, 1 map, 20 - 3.25" zip discs, and 30 - 5.25" floppy discs. Fonds consists of digital and print ‘spirit breath’ photographs created by Christopher Abbott, and digital versions of the Fall 2013 and Winter 2014 issues of the Association TransCommunication NewsJournal. The photographs were taken by Abbott in Burnaby, British Columbia from 2011-2013, and some were subsequently illustrated by artist Christine Dennett in California from 2013-2016. The digital files include the original photograph, the enhanced photograph (where one exists), and occasionally a markup or otherwise altered, but not illustrated, version. The printed photographs include both the original and illustrated version of each photograph. The journals contain articles by Abbott about his breath photography.

This fonds comprises some of the publications by Icelandic scholar Erlendur Haraldsson regarding parapsychological and deathbed phenomena such as mediums, reincarnation, and other experiences surrounding death, including books, article offprints, and a bibliography to 2014. Fonds also includes an Icelandic-language biography of Haraldsson and digital versions of the images found in his biography of Indridi Indridasson.

There are also electronic records, mainly comprised of digital images of artwork, audio recordings, and video recordings.
A2018-145 spans over six decades, from the 1960s until 2015, containing the life, work and art of Winnipeg-based artist, professor and curator Cliff Eyland. The fonds has been divided into 10 series and is largely composed of Eyland’s individual drawings and personal art projects, as well as photos and slides of artwork and exhibitions by various artists. Additionally, the collection contains the documentation of Eyland’s personal life, various events, exhibitions and numerous trips.

The series are based upon correspondence and other material related to books edited and co-edited by David Kent, including the books Romantic Parodies and Regency Radical, the St. Thomas Poetry Series, a memoir by Sister Constance Murphy, the books The Achievement of Christina Rossetti and Selected Prose of Christina Rossetti, and correspondence with Nicholas Rossetti.

This collection was arranged in part by the transferring agent in accordance with specifications he provided. This collection consists of 218 newsletters, journals and other publications created by Spiritualist churches and organizations between the 1980s and 2011 which have been collected by the Survival Research Institute of Canada. The collection takes up 0.26 linear metres of shelf space and is fully textual. The items and folders were organized by the transfering agent and are divided by publication. Publications and papers bound together by staples, archival clips or other means were done so by the transfering agent and thus are treated as a single record, even those which contain what could be considered more than one document. The second accession (A15-139) consisted of less than 12 issues which were interfiled with the previous accession.
