These records a sample of the contents of multiple binders that Dr. Grad compiled as subject indexes. Most were not retained because of mold, mildew, etc. See also the Index Cards series and the Abstracts series.

Organizations and Newsletters

Correspondence, pamphlets, journals and other information about organizations that Dr. Grad was involved in or had interest in.

Index cards

This series contains bibliographic index cards. The numbers on the cards relate to the numbers in the Indexed Articles and Other Material series.

Journals and Other Publications

This series contains copies of journals and other material collected by Dr. Grad primarily in the area of parapsychology. Other subject areas include environmentalism and healing.

Experiments

This series contains notes, data and correspondence relating to Dr. Grad's experiments. As much as possible, the arrangement reflects original order although it should be noted the records were received in some disarray. Chronological order and numerical order has been imposed in the arrangement of most folders Where a title or number for an experiment was obvious, this information was recorded in the title of the folder.

Research Activities and Interests

Includes fellow researchers, healers, authors and others. Includes correspondence, manuscripts, photocopies and offprints of articles. In some cases, only the first few pages of a photocopied article were retained to save space. Note that correspondence with these individuals and organizations can also be found in the Correspondence series.

Indexed Articles and other Material

These are a sample of the many boxes of offprints, preprints, booklets, books and photocopies of articles collected by Dr. Grad. The red numbers signify his system of arrangement. Also includes some correspondence.

Reprint requests

This series contains postcards requesting reprints of Dr. Grad's articles.

Slides and Photographs

Slides are from experiments as well as commercial slides and other images depicting subject areas of interest. As much as possible, the original arrangement was maintained. Subject titles are taken from Grad's notes.
