The fonds consists of three manuscripts of student summer theses in Engineering titled: A Treatise on plain and reinforced concrete arches, by Andrew Mar in 1926; A Study of ductility and its relationship to stress concentration in a simple single-pin connection, by D.H. Maclean in 1944; and The Internal combustion engine, by Lawrence Labow in 1931. PC 38 includes four photographs depicting substation equipment of electrically operated coal docks.

This fonds consists of Victor Deneka’s biographical information; correspondence, minute books, congress and conference reports, bulletins, newsletters, newspaper clippings, and a wide assortment of photographs and slides that reflect his activity as a founder and executive member of several Ukrainian-Canadian student (“Obnova,” “S.U.S.K.”), community (Ukrainian Canadian Committee/Congress, Ukrainian Canadian Foundation of Taras Shevchenko), academic (Ukrainian Free Academy of Arts and Sciences) and especially Ukrainian Catholic (Ukrainian Catholic Council of Canada, Ukrainian Catholic Brotherhood) organizations; research materials concerning Ukrainian church architecture in Canada; and publications and slides that chronicle his professional work as the designer and architect of Ukrainian Catholic churches in Manitoba. In particular, the fonds contain unique primary sources on the origins and history of the Ukrainian Catholic Council of Canada (and its affiliated organizations) from the mid-1940s through the early 1990s, and on the origins of the Ukrainian-Canadian student movement during the early 1950s.

This fonds consists of records relating to the academic and artistic career of Professor Victor S. Cowie. Materials include personal and business related correspondence, research and lecture notes, and a variety of research-based newspaper clippings. Handwritten and photocopied drafts of the musicals The Magic Trumpet, Reginald the Robot, and The Curse of Ponsonby Hall are also included. In addition, the fonds also includes drafts and documents related to the film And No Birds Sing, as well as playbills, newspaper reviews and other documents related to theatre productions in which Cowie was involved. Also included are 18 photographs related to University of Manitoba theatre activities. This fonds consists of the series: Personal Records and Correspondence; Research and Teaching Materials; Musicals, Plays and Short Stories Written by Victor Cowie; Theatre and Film Records; U. of. M. Theatre Photographs.

The fonds consists of two folders. Folder 1 consists of copies of Viola Bailey's teaching contract with the School District of Winnipeg Number One, her teaching certificate, and her pay receipt from the school division for the first half of 1927. Original copies of Bailey's class lists and grades from her grade three class at David Livingstone School are also in folder 1. Folder 2 consists of two copies of A Class and Field Book for Normal School Students, published in 1915 by The Copp, Clark Company. This workbook contained proper pedagogical procedure for students intending to become teachers.

MSS SC 26 contains a copy of Professor Butler's lecture "The Form of the Book and the Shape of the Mind", delivered in 1978 at the Winnipeg Centennial Library as part of the Manitoba Library Event, a press release and a calendar of events for Manitoba Library Event and Children's Book Festival in November 1978. MSS SC 65 consists of a photocopy of Loys Le Roy's pamphlet, "De la Vicissitude des Choses," and a bibliographic history of the first edition prepared by Butler.

This fonds consists of three accessions of digital material from the creator. The first accession (A09-64) is 2 DVDs of the transcripts of “The T.G. Hamilton Files”; the second (A10-79) is 2 sets of 10 DVDs (7 video discs, 2 text and image discs, and 1 text disc) of “The T.G. Hamilton Files (2010)”; the third (A15-60) is a hard drive containing several .mp4 video recordings, mostly documentary films about life after death, completed in 2015.

This fonds consists of material on the aboriginal history, culture, education, health, housing, and politics. Walter Rudnicki was an active participant in many of the subjects collected by him in the course of his life. In the most cases, this material is organized into themes and contains correspondence, government documents, reports, press releases, newspaper clippings, and documents of many aboriginal organizations and their leaders.

The fonds consists of one letter from W.E. Gladstone to George Grub, A.M. (1812-1892) dated June 22, 1863, London. George Grub is the author of An ecclesiastical history of Scotland: from the introduction of Christianity to the present time (1861). In the letter, Gladstone demonstrates considerable support for Mr. Cheyne's work in the Church.

It includes newspaper clippings regarding Canadian politics and government from The Daily Globe, Ottawa Citizen, Free Press, The Gazette, The Toronto Mail, Irish Canadian, The Ottawa Times, The Brockville Monitor, The Patriot, Daily Witness, and Merrickville Chronicle. The clippings are not arranged in any apparent order.
