Two court documents: a City of Winnipeg Police Office court summons from 1906 charging E.L. Barber with neglecting a cellar "offensive and dangerous to health" at a property at 26 Roslyn [sic] Road; and a court order for a recount in the electoral district of Selkirk after the 1878 federal election. The court order was issued by Judge J.C. McKeagney.
This accession contains an array of photographs, illustrations, and manuscripts relating to Buller's research and publications. It also includes many of Buller's notebooks from his own education at Mason Science College.

Deeds and leases, many relating to properties and plots of land leased by E.L. Barber in what would later become Point Douglas. There are also several deeds of lands granted to Barber by W.G. da Fonseca, the husband of Barber's wife Barbara's niece.
A scrapbook containing clippings from Canadian newspapers. Several clippings relate to members of the Persse family. Another clipping discusses a scrapbook loaned to the Free Press by J.B. Persse, containing items found in this collection.
The fonds consists of a diary and three photocopies of the diary. Most of the entries in the diary were made by Sophia Irvine, with some entries by her grand-daughter Emily Pritchard.
