Hamilton’s childhood home at Agincourt, Ontario in 1927. This collection also contains a CD of scanned images of the 38 photographs from the original album sheets and any reverse sides with annotations (Folder 2).

The fonds is comprised of three accessions. The first contains a photograph album with photos, newspaper clippings, programs from school events in the 1930s and other documents, as well as loose photographs and baby books for T.G. and Lillian Hamilton's twins, Arthur Lamont (1915-1918) and James Drummond (1915-1980). It also includes the Forrester family prayer book (printed in 1771). The second accession derives from Lillian Hamilton and James D. Hamilton’s personal records, including psychical research publications, photographs and files pertaining to some of T.G. Hamilton’s psychic experiments. The third accession consists of a final draft of an article meant to be published in the Winter 2016 issue of the Paranormal Review.

The fonds consists of six films. The first film, labeled "Jack Frost", shows the Santa Claus Parade in what is believed to be Toronto during the 1950s (6:15). The second film depicts the Santa Claus Parade in Winnipeg in 1948 (5:45). The third film is of a young Indian girl performing a traditional dance routine during the 1960s (4:45). The fourth film shows a veterans parade in Winnipeg during the 1960s and the laying of wreaths (2:45). The fifth and sixth films are commercially produced films featuring clips of silent movie stars Harold Lloyd, "Fatty" Arbuckle and Charlie Chaplin (7:00), as well as musical performances by the Eton Boys titled "I Want a Girl," "Bicycle Built for Two," and "My Gal Sal" (7:50).

The textual material in the fonds pertains to J.B. Rudnyc'kyj's personal and professional life. This material includes correspondence, notes, receipts, minutes,agendas, programs, publications, maps, papers, essays, exams, galley proofs, drafts, financial ledgers, index cards, and posters primarily relating to Rudnyc'kyj's career as an educator, academic scholar, and author in the fields of linguistics and onomastics, as well as his organizational affiliations and his personal life. The microfilm collection consists of thirty-five reels of J.B. Rudnyc'kyj's library and other literary works. The photograph collection contains twenty-six photographs, primarily including photographic reprints of literary works. The fonds also includes one audio-cassette of a Radio-Canada International Ukrainian language broadcast in which J.B. Rudnyc'kyj discusses his involvement in the Bilingual/Bicultural Commission.

Also included is a set of The Brochure Series of Architectural Illustration from 1899-1901 and a facsimile edition of William Blake’s Songs of Innocence. Rare book lists and purchase receipts are also included.

The material contains a variety of land deeds and titles, oil leases and indentures, grain Permit Books, bills and receipts for farm equipment, and diary entries relating to the Jellis's agricultural operation which complements the repository's other holdings and will interest anyone involved in agricultural research, particularly in Southwest Manitoba. Six letters between an American and Canadian Jellis cousin during World War I are of particular interest.

The fourth accrual A.014-127 contains eight series. They include family & academic material, correspondence, student papers, unpublished writings by other academics, research material, photograph collection containing 10 photos, 31 slides, tape collection containing 3 audio CDs, 27 audiocassettes & an oversize collection containing Harper's Weekly magazine from May 2, 1885 documenting the Riel Rebellion.

This fonds consists of three accessions:

A2000-037 contains forty series related to the professional life of Jennifer Shay including correspondence, course information, research material, talks and lectures, publications, committee information, student theses, and awards.

A2003-116 contains thirteen series relating to Jennifer Shay's personal and professional life including Personal and Professional Correspondence; Awards; Publications and Research; Childhood Materials; University Education Records; Flatford Mill; Lectures and Affiliations; Biographical Material; Committees and Philanthropic Activities; and, PhD Student Records. A large portion of the manuscript collection consists of correspondence of a personal and professional nature from a colleagues and family. A.03-116 includes one map, 130 photographs, 13 slides, one video tape, and two reel-to-reel tapes.

A2004-072 contains one series of letters written by Jennifer Shay and received by her mother, Kathlene Walker.

The fonds consists of two of O’Hara Pincock’s books, “Hidden Springs” and “Trials of Truth”, biographical information created by Walter Meyer zu Erpen of the Survival Research Institute of Canada and several issues of the journal “Progression”, which O’Hara Pincock edited.

he A.99-44, A.99-92, A.03-13, A.04-207, A.04-208, and A.05-112 accessions contain records reflecting Oakes' teaching career as both an educator and writer. Included are Oakes' correspondence records regarding publication of her articles and reviewer's comments, Oakes' teaching dossier and her application for tenure. In addition to textual material, the collection contains 146 photographs and 8 negatives documenting various department of Native Studies functions and igloo building as part of the Arctic Lifestyles course. Also included is one audio cassette of a seminar "Braving the Cold: Continuity and Change in Polar Clothing" held in Leiden, The Netherlands.

The A.03-123 and A.04-209 accessions consist of materials related to Oakes' research including correspondence, product development and marketing reports for the Minnguq Sewing Group. Also included are numerous artifact cards for the various materials collected by Oakes and her husband Rick Riewe on their collecting trips and for display in Oakes' exhibitions. The photograph collection includes one photo album (116 photographs) of the Minnguq Sewing Group of Broughton Island, 76 photographs and 75 negatives from Oakes trip to Denver, Colorado museums in 1997 and 4 VHS and 9 U-matic videocassettes documenting birdskin clothing preparation for the "Coat of Eider" project. Also included are 2 audio cassettes describing the birdskin clothing process; much of the commentary contained on these audiocassettes is in Inuktitut.

The collection contains three black and white photographs on postcard paper. Two photographs depict people swimming at Grand Beach, Manitoba. One of these photographs contains a hand written annotation on the back dated July 7, 1926 addressed to a Mr. Albert €"Bertie"€ Blair of Tyndall, Manitoba. The third photograph is of a rodeo setting titled "€œRoping a Steer at the '€˜Stampede' Winnipeg 1913."€ This photograph shows a stadium of people watching three horsemen tie a cow on its back with rope.

The Joe Fisher fonds consists of fourteen series: biographical, administrative, correspondence, research, writing, publications, artefacts, large format, images, large format graphics, reel-to-reel, audiocassettes, videocassettes, and electronic records. Personal records and books that have been inscribed to Joe Fisher comprise the biographical series. (Refer to the finding aid for a list of the books that were not kept). Proposals, contracts, book promotions, book reviews, financial, and other general and public life records form the administrative series. While the personal correspondence of Fisher is located in the biographical series, the correspondence series contains all other correspondence, including letters to readers, agents, publishers, and research inquiries. The general research in the research series is largely separated by book, while the notes and interviews are separated as they were found in the collection. The records in the writing series are categorized according to the form of the records: journals, manuscripts, editorial notes and drafts, poetry, and manuscript proofs. Publications are grouped in three main categories: newspaper articles, magazine articles, and books. The newspaper articles and books are sorted chronologically and the magazine articles alphabetically. The artefacts series consists of 5 plaques and a seal from Fisher's business, Bardo Publications Inc. The large format records, large format photographs, reel-to-reel, audiocassettes, and videocassettes series are stored according to their original order. The images series is separated by format: slides, negatives, and photographs. These latter series include 1313 photographs, of which 873 are colour and 440 are black and white, 261 negative sheets, 217 colour slides, 37 videocassettes, 11 audio cassettes, and 10 reel-to-reel audio tapes.
