Edna Chapman was married to Leslie Victor Robson, whom she met when they were both attending the Manitoba Agricultural College.

Biographical history

Leslie Victor Robson was born in 1893 in Deleau, Manitoba. In 1915, he graduated from the Manitoba Agricultural College. He married Edna Chapman, who was also a student at Manitoba Agricultural College. He was involved in many societies and sat on many boards, and also specialized in raising purebred Polled Herefords. He died in 1977.

Custodial history

The fonds was donated to University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections in 1995 by Clarke Robson of Deleau, Manitoba.

Scope and content

The fonds consists of correspondence, programs, school notebooks, a copy of deed of gift, exam papers, school songs and games, school transcripts, newspaper clippings, booklets, invitations, a copy of a published pamphlet entitled My Story by Frank Hitchcock, photographs relating to the Manitoba Agricultural College, and maps and blueprints.
